Hygienic Wall Linings

We offer a wide range of surface applied wall finishing products/systems to refurb existing tired or damaged wall and ceiling surfaces. Various products are available dependent of the use of the individual areas and performance specification required. The following indicates what is available but our systems are constantly being developed as new products and suppliers are brought on board.

There are many systems available in the market to suit most applications and we have access to a wide range of trusted suppliers built up in over our long trading history. Some of these products are described below.

Palclad

Approved for use with foodstuffs as specified in the European Directive 97/48/EC. Contains no banned or restricted substances, no concentrations of heavy metals and conforms to material safety data specified within European Union directive EC91/155/EEC.

Palclad can prevent and reduce colonies of specified microorganisms. In addition offers surface spread of flame Class1 BS476: Parts 6 & 7 Class

ViSpec PPC 3100 – Polypropylene

Polypropylene Block Copolymer (PBC) has excellent physical characteristics particularly for applications where impact strength and heat resistance is important. Its chemical resistance is excellent and has very low moisture vapour permeability, ideal as a barrier to water.

Available in sheet form from 0.8mm – 15mm thick. Recommended use for wall and ceiling linings. Full specification sheet available on request.

HFS Ultima PVC Cladding

HFS Ultima is an extruded semi rigid PVC sheet, 2.5 mm thick (2 mm is also available) with a smooth satin finish. HFS Ultima is available in standard white or a range of 4 pastel shades – cream, green, blue and grey with trims and accessories to suit. HFS Ultima has excellent chemical resistance properties. The material is food safe and carries a Class 1 Fire rating to both BS476 part 7 surface spread of flame and BS476 part 6 for flame propagation (Class 0 when fixed to a non-combustible substrate) and is suitable for areas with a maximum service temperature of 60 degrees Centigrade.

HFS Ultima is designed for use in areas where a hard wearing, hygienic, readily cleaned, low or zero maintenance finish is required. For example domestic and commercial kitchens, food production areas, clean rooms, laboratories and wash rooms. Full specification sheets available on request.

White Foodsafe Laminate – Foodsafe Stelvetite (CES 120)

Typically supplied in sheet form 1200mm wide x required sheet length. Safe for direct contact with food stuffs and resistant to staining, mould growth and surface extraction.

Typical application for lining existing damaged or punctured cold store panel either in isolated spot repairs (cover plates) or full wall linings up to maximum 3m high. Full specification and samples available on request. Can be bent to required profile in our fabrication workshop to suit application.

Stainless Steel Sheeting

Grade 304/316 cold rolled EN 10088-2 dull polished stainless steel sheeting, various thicknesses to suit application. Typical sheet lengths 1250mm or 3000mm typical use as wall protection against pallet damage in areas of through traffic or as over cladding to damaged insulated panel walls. Can be bent to required profile in our fabrication workshop to suit application.

Aluminium Five Bar Chequer Plate

Aluminium sheeting EN 10088-2 5 bar pattern sheeting of various sheet sizes and thicknesses to suit specific applications. Typical sheet lengths 1250mm or 3000mm typical use as wall protection against pallet damage in areas of through traffic or as over cladding to damaged insulated panel walls. Can be bent to required profile in our fabrication workshop to suit application.
